Pico is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. - As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We are looking for a skilled and creative hardware product manager to join us to build our VR/AR new product. Responsibilities: - Take the lead in and manage XR product technical projects, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget completion through detailed planning and monitoring. - Comprehend and handle complex projects, resolving conflicts and facilitating seamless collaboration among the team and stakeholders. - Work closely with various teams to create HW prototypes, contribute ideas, and ensure seamless integration. - Plan and manage flexible project schedules, oversee daily tasks, and maintain a high learning pace. - Oversee budgets, staffing, and prioritize projects, balancing resources for maximum productivity and success.

Minimum Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in engineering. - 3+ years of project management experience. - 2+ years of experience with consumer-facing products. - Exceptional relationship-building, cross-functional team-building, and influencing skills in a matrix organization. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - A curious and competent generalist with basic knowledge of HWE and SWE. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with international suppliers. - A proven track record in consumer electronics, and XR product experience is a plus. - Consistent on-time project delivery, the skill to handle accountability without control and prioritize. - A good understanding of HW and SW integration. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
