S&P Global WSO is an industry leader in leveraged loan and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis.
The Impact
S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks. Candidate should display strong financial adaptability, PC skills, and expect full accountabilities for all assigned projects.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain all training documents
- Consolidate and maintain links for all training material under one SharePoint Site
- Create training schedule documents:
Analyst Training Timeline
New Hire Training Schedule
- Set-up and discuss training objectives/expectations with New Hires
- Train new hires and current analysts as needed
- Provide new hire assessment/evaluation to Managers on a weekly basis
- Provide feedback to management for quarterly and year-end reviews
- Create and administer Tollgates
- Identify and provide ideas to management on how to create efficiencies, improve processes, and/or implement new solutions throughout the year
- Serve as mentor to other team members
- Identify additional training needs for the Analysts and provide guidance where needed
- Have an excellent flow of communication within the team, internal groups, third parties, and clients
- Keep management informed on progress of issues and escalate as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Business Competencies
Education and experience
- BA – Finance /Postgraduate/ or equivalent experience from reputed Institute
- Finance Major preferred
Commercial awareness
- 2 plus years experience in a trainer role.
- Banking or investment industry experience
- S&P Market Intelligence product suite knowledge preferable (WSO, iLevel, Thinkfolio, EDM)
