Job Description

As a UI Designer at icon incar in Munich, you'll be a key member of a 75-person international team, translating high-level concepts into visually compelling digital experiences for internationally renowned automotive brands. Daily tasks include contributing to a collaborative learning environment, developing innovative client-specific design solutions, presenting visual options, collaborating directly with clients, maintaining high visual and technical standards, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires a strong creative mindset, at least 3 years of UI design experience (mobility industry experience preferred), and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Occasional travel may be required.

What will you do? 

You will be an important asset to our 75-person international UI Design team to translate high-level concepts into visually compelling digital experiences with an exceptional eye for detail.

Your day-to-day will include:

Be a pro-active contributor to our collaborative learning environment
Explore and create innovative, client-specific design solutions from the ground up
Provide and present a wide range of appealing visual options
Be in close contact with clients and produce high-quality deliveries
Maintain highest visual and technical standards

Who are you?

You have a strong design sense and adaptability to evolving projects. You are a team player with the ambition to always find the best solutions for common success

Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role:

A strong creative mindset with a degree in design
At least 3 years of experience in designing digital user interfaces (experience in the mobility industry is advantageous)
Advanced software skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (must-have)
Additional skills in 3D & motion tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects) and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Rive) are a plus
Location: Munich area (2 days per week in the office required)
Occasional national and international travel may be required, but is not mandatory
Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
