Vibration Test & Data Analysis Engineer

Tesla’s Reliability & Test Engineering Team is responsible for validating the thermal, electrical, and mechanical reliability of components and systems throughout our product line. 

Our team also supports field failure investigations and manufacturing change control. We are looking for a Vibration Test & Data Analysis Engineer to support our Electro dynamic shaker table testing in our Test laboratory in Tilburg, Netherlands. 

• Perform vibration testing on various vehicle sub-systems on electrodynamic shaker tables 
•  Develop and implement test programs and validation timelines for electric vehicle powertrain units or subcomponents by cooperating with cross functional teams
• Design test fixtures in CATIA for mounting sub-systems on electrodynamic and other shaker tables  
• Conduct part inspections, root cause and report failures, general maintenance
• Collaborate with test teams to script and analyze test profiles and test result data and complete testing on time
• Work with external labs to facilitate vibration and component testing on various sub-systems 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
