As a VIP Host (Portuguese-speaking) at Easygo, you'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value players at Stake, the world's largest crypto casino. This role goes beyond typical customer service; you'll be an ambassador, providing tailored solutions and memorable experiences. Responsibilities include building rapport, managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with other departments, and utilizing various communication tools to engage with VIPs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Portuguese, and ideally experience in customer service or a related field. The position is a hybrid model requiring both office and home-based work, with a 6-day workweek (6 hours/day).

VIP Host - Portuguese Speaking

We are looking for a Portuguese speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure our top Portuguese customers get the best service in the industry. As our VIP Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our most valuable players’ experiences. You'll create and maintain strong relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.

Your role with us:

As our Portuguese-speaking VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.

Please note that in this role our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours a day.

Your hours and location of work are below: 

Mon - Friday - 9am - 2pm(Office)

Mon - Friday - 9pm - 11pm (Home)

Saturday- 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)  OR  Sunday - 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)

Salary: $84,500 base, plus super.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients to determine existing and future business needs
  • Understand the client’s objectives and decision-making process and forming long-term partnerships with individuals
  • Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, Telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required
  • High level of global sports knowledge
  • Strong gambling knowledge
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
