Are you an experienced Automation QA Tester looking for a new challenge in the mobile game development industry? We are seeking a Mid-Level Automation QA Tester with basic C# and Unity knowledge to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our games. In this position, you will work closely with developers, designers, and production teams to automate testing processes, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to delivering top-notch gaming experiences.

      This role will report to the Head of Production. This is a full-time, in-office position based in the iconic railway station building in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile games using C#.

• Implement test automation frameworks for Unity-based games.

• Execute manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality releases.

• Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, usability, performance, and compatibility testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools.

• Analyze game design specifications and provide feedback on potential issues.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.

• Participate in risk assessment for new features and game updates.

• Assist in mentoring junior testers and contribute to improving testing workflows.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and help refine testing strategies.

• Debug and analyze logs using Unity debugging tools.

• Work with database tools (e.g., MySQL) to verify game data integrity.

• 2+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably in the gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and software development processes.

• Experience with mobile game testing (iOS and Android platforms).

• Basic knowledge of C# programming for writing simple test scripts.

• Experience with Unity game engine and debugging tools.

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting tools.

• Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to testing.

• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).

• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL for database validation.

• English B2 or higher (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with F2P mobile games.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
