3D Renderer and 2D Floorplan Designer

Training Basket is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Renderer and 2D Floorplan Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be integral in visualising and creating impressive 3D renderings and detailed 2D floor plans for residential apartment projects.

• Generate high-quality 3D renderings of architectural designs and interiors from sketches, blueprints, or other resources.
• Develop precise and detailed 2D floor plans.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Modify and refine designs using working drawings, 3D models, and architectural software.
• Stay updated with new design techniques, software, and industry trends.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualisation, and animation software such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Expertise in CAD software for drafting 2D designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D rendering and 2D floorplan design skills.
• Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
