Summary

As our new Account Manager, you will lead a set of accounts ensuring high satisfaction, profitability, and growth. You will cultivate and maintain proactive and strong relationships with your clients and collaborate closely with Strategists, Customer Success Managers, Project Managers and Producers on all aspects of delivery and growth. You will also work across a variety of project and program types – including those providing standard and/or rich mobile messaging, digital advertising, email marketing, and other CRM solutions. This role is based in Paris and reports to the Regional Director Central Europe.

Role and Responsibilities 

As our new Account Manager, you turn customers into fans – leading your client accounts to ensure the most strategic and highest quality work. You are a trusted advisor to your clients and you maintain a strong understanding of their business objectives. Your primary responsibility is account development and growth. 

As our new Account Manager you will: 

  • Lead a set of accounts ensuring high satisfaction, profitability, and growth 
  • Cultivate and maintain proactive and strong relationships with your clients 
  • Collaborate closely with Strategists, Customer Success Managers, Project Managers and Producers on all aspects of delivery and growth 
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts as needed to pursue expansion opportunities 
  • Work across a variety of project and program types – including those providing standard and/or rich mobile messaging, digital advertising, email marketing, and other CRM solutions 

The role is based in Paris and report to the Regional Director Central Europe.

Requirements

In order to contribute in this role, you are customer focused and have the ability to create relationships with decision makers high up in organisations. You are curious on how things works and have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills with an ability to conceptualise the technical and commercial values of our offering. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.  

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within relevant industry 
  • B2B experience  
  • Ability to deal with large accounts\ enterprises 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and used to stringent processes 
  • Fluency in French and English  

Big Plus! 

  • Experience within the field of Mobile Marketing / Messaging (SMS A2P, Rich SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, etc.) or in a related field (emailing, online advertising, mobile applications, etc.). 
  • Technical background
