EMEA Benefits Specialist

Job Title: EMEA Benefits Specialist (German Speaking) 

Position Overview: As a Benefits Specialist at Blue Yonder, you'll be part of a dynamic team managing associate benefits across 15 countries in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administering and managing benefits across EMEA 

• Handling invoicing related to benefits 

• Becoming a subject matter expert on benefits matters and supporting the HR team with benefit queries 

• Serving as the point of contact for vendors and brokers regarding day-to-day plan matters and annual renewal cycles 

• Managing the legacy company car fleet across five countries 

• Keeping up to date with legislative requirements and ensuring compliance 

• Collaborating effectively with the wider Associate Success team, payroll, and finance teams 

• Continuing efforts to streamline processes and suggest and adopt automation where possible 

• Leading and participating in benefits projects 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working in employee benefits and with vendors/brokers 

• Ideally, EMEA-wide experience, but strong background in UK or German benefits will be considered 

• Curiosity and proactivity, with examples of problem-solving and end-to-end benefits projects 

• Experience with Workday HR is beneficial but not essential 

• Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel 

• Experience in vendor and renewal management is a distinct advantage 

• German language skills are essential for this role
