Administrative Assistant/Support (Contract)

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Contractual Administrative Assistant to support various aspects of the company's operations. Responsibilities include assisting with asset management (maintenance, audits, warehouse management), procurement (managing IT and other asset purchases), physical security (access control, vendor contracts, facility management), and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to continuous learning. Experience in the IT/gaming industry and familiarity with TAMS, SAP Ariba, and S1 Access are advantageous but not required. The position is based at the Smilegate campus in Seongnam, South Korea.
