Job Description:

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.

  • Be involved in the financial metrics.

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.

  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

  • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

  • Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.

  • Execute software design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to business systems mainly S/4 Hana

  • IBP Inventory Optimization, Shelf-life planning, Supply planning, S&OP (Demand review)

  • SAP CPI-DS

  • Knowledge in Integration with other modules.

  • Being SCM consultant, analyze and optimize Business processes applying technical skills to design and implement SAP solutions across client Business to deliver sustainable value to the client. 

• Work in Inventory optimization, S&OP (Demand review), shelf-life planning, time-series & order based suppling planning process.

• Involve in sprint planning and given successful Sprint demos to Business stakeholders 

• Experience in preparing Functional design documents and knowledge on configuration design documents 

• Experience in interfaces between SAP ECC/APO to SAP IBP in both Out-bound & In-bound process 

• Experience in system integration testing (IBP time series and OBP), UAT testing, E2E testing and go-live
