Hasbro seeks an experienced eCommerce Operations Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract in India. Responsibilities include PO processing and inventory management for platforms like Amazon and Flipkart; MIS tracking and reporting (weekly/monthly POS and CS data); master data and cost management (updating MRPs, ASINs, etc.); returns and compliance management; and D&A reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel and relevant platforms. The role requires managing stock, PO recommendations, cost updates, and D&A tracking, working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic resource to manage our e-commerce operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing backend operations for major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce.

 

This is a fixed term contract role.

 

Responsibilities:

PO Processing and Inventory Management:

  • Analyze current stock availability and incoming inventory to identify Selection gaps and recommend Purchase Orders (PO) to ecommerce customers
  • Handle SG PO processing with proper documentation and tracking.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for open orders with Flipkart (FK), Amazon and Quick commerce customers.

 

MIS Tracking and Reporting:

  • Consolidate and share weekly/monthly POS and CS data with the MIS team
  • Update and maintain the E-Commerce Tracker with product details
  • Manage Forecast file updates, including POS, inventory, and shipment details, ensuring accurate data flow.

 

Master Data and Cost Management:

  • Maintain and update master data records such as MRP, ASIN, FSN, Swiggy code, Myntra code, BIS details and other key attributes of each SKU
  • Update costs for new product selections or revised MRPs with respective customers.
  • Returns and Compliance Management:
  • Track and monitor customer returns to resolve issues promptly.

 

D&A reconciliation

  • Maintain a tracker for D&A (Discounts and Acquisition) for all e-commerce customers.
  • Perform ContraCogs checks and map customer invoices to internal D&A IDs and coordinate with the finance team to close internally.
  • Perform Contracogs checks and close D&A (Disputes and Adjustments) with finance team internally
     

 

Qualifications And Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or e-commerce domain.
  • Experience with platforms like Flipkart and Amazon is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data management tools like Excel, customer systems (Amazon Vendor central, Flipkart Vendor hub) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage stock, PO recommendations, cost updates, and D&A tracking.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
