Reporting directly to the Head of Vertical Market Infrastructure, the Area Manager Center is the primary reference for agents and the sales force for customer management, with a focus on central Italy, relating to the sale of Sika products related to the infrastructure market. Responsibilities include implementing sales programs and revenue targets, managing agents, managing key clients, contributing to the development of the sector's commercial strategy, monitoring sales budgets, implementing area business strategy, networking and building relationships, organizing technical support, handling customer complaints, and participating in sales reporting and budget planning. The role also involves collaborating with Operations for stock planning and sales promotions, and with other departments to ensure efficient information flow and cross-selling.
