The Buzz Media Company is scouting for an Art Director with a knack for turning creative chaos into captivating campaigns. Your mission? To guide a crew of visionaries, from interns to senior visualizers, crafting visuals that aren’t just seen but felt. Your leadership will be the cornerstone of projects that dare to defy and define trends.

Responsibilities:

Visual Conceptualization:

Generate visually stunning designs that align with our brand objectives and resonate across diverse platforms.

Translate creative briefs into compelling visual content that captures the attention of our target audience.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite effectively to create impactful visual content.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of design interns, fostering their skills and contributing to their professional growth.

Collaborate seamlessly with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual messaging and brand consistency.

Quality Assurance & Deadline Adherence:

Review and refine designs to ensure excellence, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving priorities.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record (4+ years) in visual design, preferably in an agency setting, showcasing a diverse portfolio of impactful and effective visual content.

Exceptional design skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to tailor visuals for different platforms and audiences.

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and all of its marquee software and tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire junior team members.

Adept at working within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving priorities.

A bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Details:

Mode: In Office, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, N. Delhi, 110017

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Expected CTC: 6 LPA to 7.2 LPA (In Hand)

Experience Required: 4 years of experience (preferably in an agency) is necessary.
