What will you do ?

    • Manage Subscription Partnerships: Identify and cultivate subscription partnerships to enhance platform growth. Strategize and execute initiatives to maximize partnership value and impact
    • Negotiations: Assess potential partners across verticals and evaluate their suitability. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership success. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align partnership objectives and strategies
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to drive partnership initiatives. Ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business goals and objectives
    • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
    • Industry Awareness and Opportunity Identification: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities relevant to partnership initiatives. Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends

Who should apply for this role ?

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred
    • Experience: Candidates must have proven experience in partnership management or business development roles, with a preference for experience in the subscription-based industry
    • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders effectively. An analytical mindset is required, along with proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities. Collaboration is key in this role, so candidates should be collaborative team players who can effectively work across cross-functional teams
