Job Summary

Job Description

This role focuses on prioritizing, designing, and executing enablement programs for all Go-To-Market (GTM) business teams within Google Cloud. Responsibilities include coordinating best practices, simplifying and accelerating regional enablement, empowering business teams to utilize content and tools, defining focus areas and driving global execution, mapping enablement needs, developing training curriculum, and building stakeholder relationships across global teams. The position requires experience in sales or sales enablement, training needs identification, and working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and in a technology/SaaS environment. The role involves managing programs spanning Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical expertise building, and standardized operational processes.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in sales or sales enablement
  • Experience in training development and execution
  • Enterprise sales & Go-to-Market process knowledge
  • Fluent English communication
Good to have:
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • SaaS/Cloud experience
  • GTM enablement content creation
  • Cloud technology platform knowledge
  • Structured planning & metric implementation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
  • Experience in training needs identification, developing and executing sales enablement programs.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
  • Experience in a technology/Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, global system integrator or public cloud provider.
  • Experience building enablement content for Go-To-Market (GTM) promoters.
  • Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
  • Ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics, and implement those plans into action.

You will manage programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical expertise building, and the standardized operational.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate best practices, and simplify and accelerate regional enablement to help business teams navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity.
  • Empower business teams to interface with all business growth content and tools.
  • Define the focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally. Map a persona based view of business team enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for business and technical overview training.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams to drive business enablement best practices in the Google Cloud business organization.
