Job Description

As a Campaign Manager at Lurkit, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals through paid and organic campaigns. You will collaborate with the Sales team to create campaign plans, deliver presentations, and secure deals. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with clients to design creative concepts, guide them through campaign execution, and adjust strategies. You'll need a strong understanding of platform dynamics and the gaming content creation space, translating client goals into effective campaigns. This role involves mastering the platform, planning end-to-end marketing initiatives, collaborating with account executives, driving client success, and crafting strategic presentations.
Must have:
  • Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry.
  • Hands-on project management and execution abilities.
  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
  • Fluent in English.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience with content creator marketing/campaign management.
  • Proficiency in other languages relevant to content creation.
  • Experience at a SaaS company, especially in gaming.
  • Passion for gaming.
  • Experience in game development or publishing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Campaign Manager with a deep understanding of the gaming content creator industry.

As a Campaign Manager at Lurkit, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals with impactful paid and organic campaigns. Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll craft strategic campaign plans, deliver compelling presentations, and help secure deals that bring some of the industry's best games to their audiences. You’ll also be hands-on in executing campaigns, providing direct support to clients throughout the process to ensure their success.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with clients to design creative concepts, guiding them through campaign execution, and adapting strategies to meet their unique needs. You’ll need a strong grasp of platform dynamics - understanding which types of content perform best on different channels, and how different formats can impact audience engagement and conversion. A deep knowledge of the gaming content creation space is essential, along with the ability to translate client goals into effective campaigns.

Working at Lurkit, you will,

  • Master the platform: become the go-to expert for all “how-to” questions about all types of campaigns we do.

  • Strategically plan and execute end-to-end content creator marketing initiatives, including concept ideation, creator sourcing & outreach, campaign execution, and performance analysis/reporting.

  • Collaborate with account executives to understand the client’s brand objectives and translate them into engaging creator-driven marketing strategies.

  • Drive client success: offer tailored support to clients.

  • Craft strategic presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, outlining strategic recommendations for achieving their campaign goals.

  • Leverage Lurkit's technology to prospect and identify relevant creators


Key Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry.

  • Hands-on project management and execution abilities

  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in creating structure.


Merits:

  • Previous experience with content creator marketing/campaign management

  • Proficient in other languages that are big within content creation (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc).

  • Previous experience at a SaaS company, especially in gaming.

  • Passion for all things gaming.

  • Experience in game development or publishing.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
