We will count on you to:
Provide a holistic view across the entire servicing value chain, connecting the production areas and post-placement areas, ensuring our claims value proposition is part of our sales culture.
Be the first point of contact for Brokers and senior executives within the Ceded Re departments of our clients.
Advocate and be the voice of the client, representing their interests with their business partners.
Provide insightful management information by partnering with MI teams to design and provide regular reporting to all appropriate stakeholders.
Explore business development opportunities with brokers.
Ensure that skillsets are continually reviewed and enhanced.
Build and maintain value-added partnerships with strategic markets to improve performance cycle times.
Demonstrate a pipeline of excellence and succession by coaching colleagues.
Join us in a hybrid role that requires you to work at least three days a week in our London office.
What you need to have:
Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
Experience in Pro-Rata and XOL claims handling within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders in the reinsurance sector is essential.
Experience of working with all aspects of post-placement activities.
Ability to analyse data, seeking trends and translating this into valued insights for the business and our clients.
Be able to articulate and demonstrate positive results for clients and the business.
