We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Change & Communications Lead to join our People & Culture (P&C) team and support a fast-paced transformation within our media business. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver impactful change and communication strategies that drive adoption, build engagement, and embed cultural change at every level of the organisation.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and employees to align communications and change initiatives across key transformation workstreams—ensuring clarity, connection, and confidence as we evolve the way we work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management planning using proven frameworks (such as ADKAR) to support adoption of strategic people initiatives (e.g. culture evolution, capability uplift, business transformation).
Develop and execute communication strategies that create awareness and desire for cultural programs (e.g. driving high performance and innovation).
Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring timely, targeted, and transparent messaging to the ELT, leaders, and employees across transformation initiatives.
Design and deliver leadership communication plans and tailored business unit (BU) change strategies that support leadership capability and change readiness.
Collaborate with transformation and P&C workstream leads to identify dependencies and drive alignment across organisational priorities.
