Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Community Manager, Social Media to support one of our digital agency clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Manager with a strong writing and creative background to join a fast-paced, innovative digital agency. As a key member of the team, you’ll focus on day-to-day content creation and publishing management for a key agency client.
This is a part time (25 hours/week) contract position that can be worked remotely.
Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and share strategic content, grow brand communities, and address customer needs.
- Monitor and optimize brand engagement across social platforms, with a focus on growth.
- Engage with clients' social pages and external comments on TikTok, responding in line with brand voice.
- Identify trends and engagement opportunities to integrate the brand into relevant conversations.
- Develop innovative strategies and activations to drive brand objectives and increase engagement.
Community Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience managing branded social media content, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong creative and writing skills, with expertise in social media, analytics, and social listening tools.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and current trends in pop culture, entertainment, and technology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and proactively apply them to improve strategy and content.
