Content Production Manager

We are seeking a Content Production Manager to lead the execution of photography and video content shoots across our global properties. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our internal teams, creative partners, and production agencies to manage the entire content production lifecycle—from pre-production to final asset delivery.

This is a project opportunity through June 2025. The role is hybrid located in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Producer, and production agencies to execute creative content shoots across the hospitality industry.
• Act as the onsite lead to line-produce social-first content captures and ensure creative objectives are met.
• Maintain a clear understanding of project goals, scope, and production plans, as outlined by project leaders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify global properties for content capture and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Apply production expertise to manage agency and creator partners, ensuring all assets adhere to brand, production, and legal guidelines.
• Maintain necessary documentation, including talent and property releases, expenses, and content guidelines.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, program managers, and leadership.
• Document and evolve best practices for content production and operations.
• Collaborate with the content orchestration team to deliver final files, ensuring proper archiving and tagging in the digital asset management system.
• Oversee inventory management for production gear, including pre- and post-shoot logistics.

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience in video and photo production, including post-production and asset management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide real-time solutions.
• Time management expertise to oversee multiple shoots at varying stages of production under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs and work with diverse teams.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently while taking initiative.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in content production management.
• Proven track record of managing detailed production plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
