Job Description

The Costume Distribution Lead at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is a 12-month contract position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of costume distribution. Duties include monitoring costume show quality, supervising distribution floor operations, planning seasonal events, maintaining inventory and laundry records with Costume Assistants, providing training and guidance, interacting with Cast Members on costume guidelines, and ensuring Disney service standards are upheld. The role requires shift work and involves working with a team to ensure all costumes are in top condition and ready for use. This position demands strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:


5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

This position requires shift duties and times will vary depending on assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor costume show quality and handle as appropriate
  • Supervise and oversee day to day operation at the distribution floors and/or theaters
  • Plan, organize and execute seasonal events and projects
  • Work with Costume Assistants to ensure records such as inventory and laundry are properly maintained
  • Assist the Costume Managers in providing guidance and training to Costume Assistants during day to day operations to ensure safety and quality service
  • Interact with Cast Members and provide advice on costume guidelines, uphold the highest Disney service standards and advocate inclusion in the workplace

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' working experience in retail, warehouse or costume distribution
  • Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • High attention to detail and numeric sensitivity
  • Excellent team player with a strong sense of guest service
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills.

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
