Purpose of the role:
Managing a whole bunch of creative individuals. Responsible for creating creative solutions that have a high impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making creative decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
● Coordinating with clients and the integrated solutions department to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.● Working with the business development team on pitches presentations and strategizing on converting potential clients. ● Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose ● Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval ● Developing creative briefs by gathering information and data through research ● Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts ● Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients as well as integrated solutions department ● Keeping abreast of emerging trends in new media, and applying them in client campaigns as per requirements ● Working as part of a team with Creative Strategists, Sr. Creative Strategists, Creative Leads & Group Creative Managers ● Create concepts, and sample drafts based on knowledge of principles on the art of copywriting
