Creative Producer

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our client’s team in New York City or Bristol, CT. This hybrid contract opportunity (four days onsite, one day remote) offers the chance to work with one of the most influential names in media, leading dynamic projects that blend creative strategy and broadcast excellence.

As a Creative Producer, you’ll be at the forefront of high-impact design and broadcast initiatives—driving the planning, execution, and communication across seasonal graphics packages and strategic campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure every project delivers on time, on brand, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative strategy and execution for seasonal broadcast graphics.

• Manage end-to-end project workflows, timelines, documentation, and team communication.

• Facilitate internal meetings and stakeholder check-ins with clear agendas and actionable follow-ups.

• Oversee vendor budgets and project scopes, ensuring alignment with approved parameters.

• Support long-term creative planning and forecasting efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in broadcast production and project management.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and collaborative.

• Proven organizational and leadership abilities with sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with major media or technology companies, or within creative/branding agencies.

• Background in design, branding, or creative strategy.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet.
