The Manufacturing Engineering Manager-NPI will lead and direct the Manufacturing Engineering team, setting priorities and aligning efforts with operational goals. Responsibilities include managing the Engineering Change process, applying DFMA principles, collaborating with the product configurator team, controlling part numbers in the ERP system, and collaborating with Supply Chain and external suppliers. The role also encompasses leading the design transfer process from R&D to Operations, overseeing development builds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet cost targets, supporting cost reduction efforts, and ensuring products are designed for manufacturability, serviceability, and configurability. Continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and mentoring/training are also key aspects of this position. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
