Market trend research and continuous improvement are also key responsibilities.

Objectives
- At Amanotes, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative - Creative Specialist to drive the visual direction of our hybrid casual game marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead creative briefs, oversee feedback rounds, and ensure brand and thematic consistency across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, document strategies, and analyze creative performance to refine and optimize output.

+ Lead and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity and game themes.
+ Oversee feedback rounds to refine visuals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
+ Maintain visual and thematic consistency across marketing materials for multiple games.
+ Provide creative direction for up to 10 game projects simultaneously.
+ Work closely with internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
+ Document creative strategies, set visual guidelines, and establish best practices.
+ Align with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
+ Analyze creative performance, track OKRs/KPIs, and identify areas for optimization.
+ Research market trends and competitor campaigns to ensure Amanotes remains at the forefront of game marketing.
+ Continuously improve personal and team creative skills through learning and experimentation.

+ Strong analytical skills to evaluate creative results and track performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
+ Proficiency in Art Direction, design tools, 3D design, or specialized creative skills is a plus.
+ Preferred: Experience managing complex projects and mentoring junior team members.
+ Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
