Job Description

As a Customer Marketing Intern at Haleon, you'll assist in developing promotional support for key brands, driving brand awareness, and market penetration by translating Brand Marketing campaigns into relevant Shopper communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with agencies, manage budgets, ensure internal approvals, oversee production processes, conduct after-action reviews, and own projects from start to finish. This role offers professional development and hands-on learning in the fast-moving health sector with financial support.
Must have:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or University Degree in Commercial or Marketing.
  • Demonstrates interest in marketing and consumer health.
  • Exhibiting dynamic, ambitious and self-motivated qualities.
  • Possessing professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Committing to full-time availability from Monday to Friday.

Role summary:

As a Customer Marketing Intern at Haleon, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the creation and development of promotional support for our key brands.

 

You'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and market penetration, by helping translate Brand Marketing campaigns into relevant Shopper communication.

Your Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create briefings based on brand strategy.
  • Liaise with agencies to develop creative assets and manage budgets.
  • Ensure internal alignment and approvals, including health authority approvals if necessary.
  • Oversee production and implementation/merchandising processes.
  • Conduct after-action reviews to evaluate ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Own projects from start to finish, including launching the project and working with creative agencies.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or University Degree in Commercial, Marketing, or Science.
  • Demonstrating interest in marketing and consumer health.
  • Exhibiting dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated qualities with a proactive approach.
  • Possessing professional proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Committing to full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
  • Starting in 2025, for a duration of 6 months.
