Job Details
- Serve as front-line officers to troubleshoot technical and other issues for our players for MENA region
- Tend to gamers’ inquiries promptly and accurately using the ticketing system
- Able to comprehend players’ issues and explain properly without losing the context to our MENA operations team
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any field (having experience in customer service or relevant roles would be highly preferred)
- High fluency in Arabic is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa or English
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
- Having basic Customer Service tool knowledge like Zendesk will be a bonus point
- Able to work on weekends on a shifting basis
- Willing to work under 6 months contract, in our office at South Jakarta
