Job Description

The Customer Service Representative role involves operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders via telephone and internet, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Key customer service skills include the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and grasping. The role also requires tolerating varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. Training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person.

Additional Information

General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squatt, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. On the job training involves customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
