Team Introduction The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, highly independent, self-driven with a growth mindset and is keen on accepting challenges yet remain humble with the aim of learning and growing with the team. Responsibilities 1. Automate Excel datasheets to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data handling and processing; 2. Develop and optimize data pipelines to guarantee efficient and precise data processing, minimizing human error by ensuring data is loaded in a consistent and structured manner; 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions; 4. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout all automated processes; 5. Leverage automation to achieve cost savings, making more effective use of computing resources for data analysis tasks than relying solely on employee time.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Extensive experience with Data Management Platforms (DMPs); 2. Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages; 3. In-depth knowledge of data security, best practices, and confidentiality; 4. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 1. An educational background in Data Management or a related field; 2. Holding foundational certifications in data security is a plus; 3. Experience with payroll operation data management is a plus.
