In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to execute a data vision strategy, deliver actionable insights, and apply advanced analytics that influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to implement data strategies and provide data-driven thought leadership.

• Develop analytical tools and capabilities that enable self-service data queries and reporting.

• Apply advanced statistical techniques, particularly A/B testing, and machine learning models to solve business problems.

• Conduct research to explore new modeling approaches and experiment designs.

• Ingest, cleanse, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover consumer insights.

• Translate data findings into visually compelling stories using a variety of tools and technologies.

• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with advanced analytics, machine learning, and A/B testing.

• Strong ability to work with and explore large datasets, including data cleansing and profiling.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and a talent for storytelling with data.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
