Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidates with degrees, diplomas, or vocational training in administration and secretarial work with a good level of English to provide support in internal departments of the firm. This role involves managing agendas, handling travel arrangements and expense reports, coordinating meetings, managing documentation (invoicing, tenders), and providing administrative support in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in secretarial or similar positions, proficient in daily computer tools, and possess a high level of English proficiency. Candidates should also exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
Must have:

Buscamos perfiles licenciados, grados, diplomado o FP en áreas de administración y secretariado con buen nivel de inglés para dar soporte en departamentos internos de firma.

¿Qué necesitamos?


Nos gustaría que tuvieras al menos 1 año de experiencia en puestos de secretariado o similar con manejo de herramientas informáticas diarias y nivel alto de inglés.

  • Gestión de agendas.
  • Gestión de viajes y notas de gastos.
  • Coordinación de reuniones.
  • Gestión de documentación (facturación, licitaciones)
  • Apoyo administrativo en oficina.
