Job Description

The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and creating product data, managing the product lifecycle, supporting Product Marketing and Sales teams with daily operational tasks, managing customer sampling, organizing meetings and events, and analyzing and reporting Marketing KPIs. The ideal candidate should have experience in business administration, marketing, product management, and electronics (ideally) and possess strong team working, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Must have:
  • Experience in business administration.
  • Marketing and Product Management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with ERP software (Oracle or SAP).
  • Excellent team working and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Expertise in electronics.
  • Knowledge of German language.

Job Details

Reports to: Product Marketing Manager

Objective of the role: Marketing Operations / Marketing Back-office
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and creation of product data, product lifecycle management in collaboration with internal stakeholders from Operations and Quality teams
  • Support of Product Marketing and Sales teams in daily operational tasks
  • Customer sampling
  • Organization of meetings and events, partly in collaboration with the Marketing Communications department
  • Analysis and reporting of Marketing KPIs
 
Education and work experience:
  • Bachelor of Economics or apprenticeship office administration
  • 2-4 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Ideally experience in B2B Marketing
 
Professional expertise:
  • Skills in business administration
  • Marketing & Product Management skills
  • Ideally expertise in electronics
  • Confidence in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and ERP software (Oracle or SAP)
Soft skills:
  • Team working, communication skills, multitasking  
  • Organisational and time management talent, flexibility and structured way of working
  • Languages: English, German (optional).
