AP/AR Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AP/AR Accountant to join our Finance team at Sandsoft Barcelona through a training contract (Contrato Formativo). 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, supporting daily operations and financial accuracy.

This opportunity initially structured as a 6-month contract, with a renewal for up to 12 months. 

You need to be based in Barcelona and you will report to the Senior Accounting Manager.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and customer payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice/payment issues.
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting tasks.

• A recent graduate or individual with qualifying studies (Bachelor's, Master’s, vocational certificate, etc.).
• Eligibility to sign a training contract: within 3 years of graduation and not previously employed under this type of contract.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
