Dental Detailing Representative

Key responsibilities：

• 根据各个产品的渠道营销策略在区域内进行详细计划并实施；
• 与区域内重点客户关系保持良好关系，以确保对产品的推广有正向的推动作用；
• 依据渠道营销策略合理使用渠道资源，包括样品及品牌提示物等物料，以确保对区域销售有正向的推动作用；
• 完成年度及季度KPI目标；
• 参加地区性口腔行业展览会，并对产品进行宣传；
• 确保区域内终端持续转化；
• 确保开展的所有活动完全符合公司的政策，法律和法规，中国和所有相关的赫力昂公司的行为守则；
• 遵守与赫力昂全球质量政策（GQP）和全球质量方针（GQG）；
• 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Qualifications and skills:

大专以上学历，医药、市场营销、口腔专业优先； 有一定的口腔、医药相关销售、推广工作经验，口腔护理保健品相关经验优先； 正派诚实、积极主动，具备较强的沟通能力、团队协助能力； 具备较强的独立开展工作的能力和学习能力； 能熟练操作常用办公软件； 对市场新媒体营销有一定的了解。
