As a part-time Digital Workplace Process & Platform Analyst, you will be working to modernize the Digital Workplace strategy. You will partner cross-functionally with IT, HR, Facilities, and vendor teams to improve systems and services. Your responsibilities include supporting the relaunch of ServiceNow, improving integration between Moveworks and ServiceNow, enhancing onboarding and offboarding processes, establishing documentation and process governance, and defining KPIs for continuous improvement. The role involves working independently and producing clear, repeatable documentation to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms experience.
  • Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or SOX readiness.
  • Proven ability to work independently with clear documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias for action.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks

As a part-time Process & Platform Analyst, you will help accelerate our maturity across ServiceNow, onboarding, automation, and operational excellence. This role partners cross-functionally with IT, HR, Facilities, and vendor teams to improve systems and services that impact every employee’s experience. You’ll help us realize value from existing platforms while elevating our audit posture and metrics transparency.

 

You’ll Get To:

·       Partner with our implementation partner to support the relaunch of ServiceNow, aligning processes across IT, Facilities, and HR

·       Improve the integration between Moveworks and ServiceNow to drive automation and deflection

·       Drive onboarding and offboarding process enhancements to increase consistency and reduce friction

·       Establish documentation and process governance to support ISO/ITGC audit readiness

·       Define, measure, and mature operational KPIs that drive continuous improvement

 

What You Need:

·       3+ years of experience in ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms), with exposure to cross-departmental workflows (e.g., HRSD, Facilities, ITSM)

·       Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks a plus

·       Proven ability to work independently and produce clear, repeatable documentation

·       Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or SOX readiness

·       Strong organizational skills and a bias for action

 

  • 12 Month Contract
  • Remote work schedule available
  • 20 hours per week
