Varonis is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Cloud Product Management to lead several teams focused on Cloud Data Security and the DSPM market. This role requires a proven track record of success in product lifecycle management, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in cybersecurity and IT security. The ideal candidate will manage products like a business, be passionate about building best-in-class products, and drive company success with lasting market impact. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, working with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers, analyzing customer needs and industry trends, communicating the roadmap, engaging with customers and prospects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The role involves driving product launches and initiating partnerships to foster better-together solutions.
Must have:
- 8+ years in product management
- Strong leadership skills
- 5+ years managing product managers
- Experience in cloud cyber security products
- Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience as a DevOps or Backend leader
- Experience in product management of SaaS product
- Strong desire and ability to connect with customers

We are looking for an experienced, strategic product management Director with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in all aspects of product lifecycle management, great interpersonal skills, and significant expertise in cybersecurity and IT security, enterprise software and cybersecurity solutions.
The candidate must be able to manage the products under their responsibility like a business and be passionate about building best-in-class products that drive company success and have lasting impact in the market.
The position will report to VP of Product (located in Israel)
Responsibilities:
- Lead several teams of strong product managers focused on Cloud Data Security and the DSPM market, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Define the product roadmap and strategy, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
- Manage all lifecycle stages for an innovative SaaS B2B product
- Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
- Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information
- Communicating the product roadmap, both inside Varonis and with customers and prospect
- Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
- Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions
- Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers
Requirements:
- Positive figure who loves a challenge and can convince others that everything’s possible
- Comfortable and excited about fast-paced environments
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal, organization, and prioritization skills
- 8+ years experience in product management
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years experience managing product managers and multiple product lines
- Experience delivering vision, strategy, and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership
- Rich experience in working, and leading, cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience with cloud cyber security products
- Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience as a DevOps or Backend leader
- Strong experience in effective, collaborative work with all departments of the company
- Experience in product management of SaaS product
- Strong desire and ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and communicate a vision for how products can address those challenges
