You’ll be part of the GFBB education team that is an innovative, fun, and vibrant team at Tesla. We are people with different professional backgrounds, combining our experiences to bring the Tesla owned education to a new level.

We are looking for someone to support the creation and implementation of content and networking events for interns and working students at GFBB. You will be involved in the setup of different programs for our Future Talents by taking on administrative tasks, and also responsibilities during the conduction. This means being in contact with our partners and being a representative of the team. There will also be the opportunity to participate in other project work.

We need someone who is flexible, well organized, and hardworking. You should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with employees, students and interns, to give them the best possible start and development prospects in their careers at Tesla.

While supporting the setup of real programs, you have the unique chance to help create efficient processes, not only in the department, but for the organization. You will thereby leave your very own footprint in the evolution of Tesla.

What You’ll Do

Work with forward-thinking and dynamic people
Develop and set up communication channels with interns and working students. This includes maintaining our Sharepoint communication site
Promote our programs internally
Gain experience in implementing but also in adapting and improving programs / program management
Take part in the organization of bigger projects and events
Get to know processes and structures in a fast-growing company
Develop content and documents for meetings and presentations
Support in the development of educational programs
Cooperation with different stakeholders internal and external

What You’ll Bring

Preferably studying a relevant field like Education, Business Administration, IT, Psychology or similar
Capability of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
The ability to keep an overview and structure processes
Knowledge or willingness to become sufficient with MS Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
Advanced oral and written English and German language skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
