  • Coordinate IT support for office equipment.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordinate meetings.
  • Support company-wide announcements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Assist People Ops with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assist with workspace setup and system access.
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal/external events.

About the Growth and Operations Assistant Role:

The Growth and Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting business continuity, enhancing office operations, and facilitating faster execution throughout the company. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow across multiple functions including strategy, marketing, data analysis, and office coordination.

The Growth and Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

Market and Industry Research

  • Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, payer and provider dynamics, and emerging technologies within healthcare, Medicaid, and NEMT.
  • Track regulatory changes, policy updates, and Medicaid/Medicare developments that may impact Kinetik’s positioning or growth opportunities.
  • Assist in building high-quality collateral including product briefs, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to health plans, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve a competitive intelligence repository, providing insights into competitor offerings, pricing models, and positioning strategies.

Growth Strategy & Business Development Support

  • Identify, evaluate, and present new growth opportunities including partnerships, market expansion, and innovative service offerings.
  • Support end-to-end partnership efforts: outreach, tracking engagement, and synthesizing key learnings for decision-making.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional growth initiatives and support execution plans with research, insights, and documentation.
  • Shadow and support the SVP of Growth in strategic discussions, opportunity assessments, and internal planning sessions.

Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supply ordering, facility and equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, stocked, and supports team productivity.
  • Serve as the point of contact for facility-related needs, visitors, and general administrative requests.
  • Manage swag inventory, including tracking, reordering, and shipping swag items.
  • Coordinate IT support for office equipment.

Communication & Operational Support

  • Oversee scheduling, coordinate meetings, and support internal event logistics.
  • Support company-wide announcements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Assist the People Ops team with recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with workspace setup and access to systems.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, office management, or a strategic support role.
  • Highly organized and extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong research, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Interest or experience in healthcare, transportation, or the NEMT industry is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel if needed.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours if needed.
  • Valid work authorization required.
