Experienced HR/IR professional needed for third-party payroll management. Responsibilities include employee life cycle management, statutory compliance, and contractor management. Proven experience in F&F settlements, litigation tracking, and PF compliance is essential.

- F&F Settlements - Ontime Support to Employees
- Statutory Compliance Management.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers under Various Labour Laws
- Contractor Compliance Mgt.
- Litigation Tracking and Timely response
- Provident Fund Compliance and Pension Claim Support
- Statutory Compliance Under Various Labour Laws
- Education Qualification:- M.HRM, MSW, MLW, MBA-HR
- Experience Required:- 5 to 7 Years
- Budget:- Up to 5 Lacs as Annual Gross Salary
