  • Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture.  The ideal candidate location is the Portland, OR metro area. However, We are open to qualified candidates in all US Time Zones.

The Team and Role:

This Finance Analyst is a key player in ensuring the financial health for the North America region’s Logitech for Business (L4B) portfolio, as well as driving its team’s strategic priorities.

You will provide your business partners with a functional expertise inclusive of financial planning & analysis, reporting excellence, and process improvement. Regularly at the center of the action, your insights and guidance will help deliver healthy top line revenue growth, as well as margin expansion.

You will report to the Head of North America L4B Finance, but you will often work directly with key partners across the entire organization; including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance. Your work will truly make an impact across the business!

  • Lead the financial planning process for the North America L4B team, both in-system and with your planning partners

  • Assist in the creation & management of the North America L4B channel P&L

  • Partner with the Product Management teams to deliver overall North America region profitability

  • Prepare various sales and financial reports & provide storylines rooted in analysis to business leaders

  • Support the team as needed with ongoing system enhancements and implementation

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teammates

  • Collaborate with finance peers to identify & implement best practice solutions across the organization

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Proven relevant professional experience in finance or accounting (Commercial Finance is a plus)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides experience is a plus)

  • Capable analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Organized self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

  • Effective written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to function well in high-energy business environments

  • You are curious, eager to learn & ask questions to deepen your understanding, and are a team player

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Essbase, OneStream, and/or Tableau

  • Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management

  • Experience managing complex datasets

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant, proven industry experience.

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 52K and $ 103K dependent on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
