We're looking for a Financial Representative - Datacentre Accounting to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Manager - US GAAP, you will be responsible for:
- General ledger reconciliations.
- Tracking and resolving all the tickets raised by the vendor on the service portal.
- Analyzing all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy.
- Assisting in preparation of documentation for internal/external audit requests.
- Handling vendor calls and emails.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or other similar streams with 2-3 yrs of experience on Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of the accounts payable processes and excel skills (incl. usage of pivot tables and v-lookups).
- Good team player and maintain good coordination with other teams
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong computer skills including ERP accounting systems.
