Job Description

This is a Game Design Trainee role that focuses on collecting and analyzing player feedback, making adjustments and optimizations based on data, and ensuring game design aligns with market trends and player expectations. The role requires strong game planning experience, a deep understanding of multiplayer online games and mobile games, data analysis capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high level of innovation and efficiency.

Must have:

Game planning experience
Experience with online game projects (preferred)
Understanding of multiplayer online games and mobile games
Market trend awareness
Data analysis skills

Experience in game system design (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Continuously collect and analyze player feedback, make system adjustments and optimizations based on data;

Work closely with the team to ensure that game design aligns with market trends and player expectations;

Able to work efficiently within a tense project cycle, ensuring timely achievement of development milestones.

Requirements:

Have game planning experience, those with successful online game project experience are preferred;

Have a deep understanding of large-scale multiplayer online games and mobile games, familiar with market trends;

Passionate about innovative fields, those with experience in AI or blockchain projects are preferred;

Have excellent data analysis capabilities and system thinking, prefer experience in game system design;

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain innovation and efficiency under pressure;

Love games, have rich game experience and a deep understanding of game design.
