The Opportunity
The Game Designer will play a key role in developing games from a gameplay perspective, contributing creative ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our current and future products.

A Game Designer’s Impact
- Contribute to the design of Mobile Free-to-Play projects, supporting the team through concept, production, and live services.
- Collaborate on live events, new content releases, and gameplay optimization, using data-informed insights to improve player experiences.
- Apply knowledge of the Free-to-Play model to design systems and mechanics that enhance monetization, retention, and engagement.
- Partner with the team to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication and execution of design ideas.
- Conduct research and deconstruction of live games, leveraging market insights to inform and innovate on product designs.
- Assist in product planning by contributing to feature creation, sound and asset lists, and backlog refinement.
Your Track Record Includes
- 3+ years of industry experience designing mobile games.
- Experience contributing to at least one mobile game’s design during live operations or production phases.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and economy/balance design.
- Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with player retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs, as well as experience using analytics to guide design decisions.
- Knowledge of microtransactions, F2P game loops, and industry trends in mobile gaming.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and balancing tools.
- Prior experience with Idle Games is a plus.
