As a Producer, you will be responsible for driving production across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and at quality. You will collaborate with developers, artists, designers, and stakeholders to keep workflows smooth, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across all areas of development. The responsibilities include owning and driving production plans, schedules, and milestones, coordinating day-to-day development across disciplines, facilitating planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and milestone reviews, tracking progress, anticipating risks, and proactively solving scheduling and scope issues, communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners/stakeholders, supporting the team in delivering high-quality work on time and within scope, and helping maintain a healthy, creative, and collaborative development environment.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of game production experience
  • Strong project management skills using tools like Jira or Asana
  • Familiarity with Unity or other game engines
  • Solid understanding of game development pipelines and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable in a remote-first environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
Good to have:
  • Experience with Mobile and VR game development
  • Experience with UGC platforms (e.g., Roblox, Rec Room)
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid development methodologies
  • Background in QA, design, or production coordination
  • Spanish communication skills

Job Details

Kluge Interactive is an immersive game studio building the future of human connection through immersive and enhanced experiences. We are best known for Synth Riders, one of the most popular VR rhythm games.


We’re currently working on several new VR titles and developing games for a UGC social platform, collaborating with some of the world’s most influential VR, music, and technology companies.


As a Producer,  you will be responsible for driving production across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and at quality. You will collaborate with developers, artists, designers, and stakeholders to keep workflows smooth, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across all areas of development.


We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in game production pipelines—ideally in VR and Mobile, or similarly fast-moving environments.

You’ll work closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineers, artists, designers, sound designers, and writers.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in game production, preferably in a live and/or multiplatform game environment
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar
  • Familiarity with Unity or other game engines
  • Solid understanding of game development pipelines and workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with distributed teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines


Desired Requirements

  • Experience with Mobile and VR game development
  • Experience with UGC platforms (e.g., Roblox, Rec Room, Horizon Worlds)
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid development methodologies
  • Background in QA, design, or production coordination
  • Spanish communication skills
