Summary:

The GenAI Prompt Engineer Intern is a position focused on developing and refining AI-generated text prompts to enhance user experience and ensure high-quality outputs. What you will do:

• Assist in Prompt Development: Support the creation and refinement of AI-generated text prompts for various applications, including chatbots, content generation, and customer support.
• Testing and Feedback: Participate in testing prompts and providing feedback to improve the quality and relevance of AI outputs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, content creators, and product teams to understand prompt requirements and user needs.
• Data Monitoring: Help monitor prompt performance and assist in analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
• Learning and Development: Stay informed about advancements in AI and natural language processing to enhance prompt engineering skills.
• Documentation: Assist in documenting prompt development processes and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:

• Applicant must be local to the Dallas area
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or mater's degree in computer science or related field.
• Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) and basic understanding of AI tools and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn about AI, natural language processing, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure accuracy in prompt development.
