Job Description
The General Manager will lead a team to produce award-winning and innovative planning work. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the business's planning philosophy across the entire client base, driving business value, and helping leverage the business to build robust measurement solutions. They will also be accountable for the management and continuous learning of the team, working closely with relevant teams to develop insights that can be translated to business value for clients. The General Manager will also ensure appropriate skills and products are brought to clients to drive great work, team development, and income generation.

The purpose of this role is to lead a team to produce award standard and innovative planning work, that delivers incremental commercial benefit to Dentsu and market leadership when dealing with publishers, strategists and planning teams.

Key responsibilities: Is accountable for outputs of the Planning Directors, Managers and Executives. Ensures they are delivering the business' planning philosophy across the entire client base Ensures solutions are designed to drive business value and help leverage the business to build robust measurement solutions Helps to re-frame media as an investment not a cost and develop opportunities to that drive real profitability Is accountable for the management and continued learning of the team in all aspects of planning and communications strategy Works closely with the relevant team to ensure our data interrogation, real time planning products and analytics are developing insights that can be translated to business value for our clients Works with the relevant teams to bring appropriate skills and products onto the appropriate clients at the appropriate time to drive great work, team development and income generationLocation:
