We are looking for highly motivated technology specialist to join our Product Management team. In this role you will assist with the Product Management and Marketing responsibilities involved in defining, creating and delivering NXP’s market leading Automotive Radar Chips.

In this exciting, varied role, you will build on technical and business knowledge to develops skills as a product manager. This role will suit a E/E or Computer science background, and additional knowledge of business administration and marketing concepts will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Radar product management team to ensure customers have all the deliverables required for safe launch of Radar systems

• Collaborate closely with our worldwide field application engineering, customer support and R&D teams to understand application requirements, create technical solutions and report feedback.

• Work with our customers and internal teams throughout the complete product lifecycle.

• Work closely with the marketing team to create and present business cases and roadmap ideas to management and justify investment in new products/markets; creating strong internal advocacy in the process.

• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and structured problem solving capability
• Strong Interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
• Ability to operate from detailed technical level, to executive level presentations.
• Solid foundation in signal processing and circuit theory including electronic devices and digital circuits
• Hands-on experience with embedded electronics is of high advantage
• Practical programming skills (C, Python, Matlab) are highly beneficial
• Knowledge in radio frequency transceivers architecture and measurements methodology is a plus
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
