As a Graphic Designer at Apertum Online, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective design materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work collaboratively with our creative team to develop compelling graphics for both print and digital media.

Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing and on-brand design materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements and transform concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Produce engaging and responsive digital content, including website graphics, email templates, and social media visuals.
• Contribute new and innovative design ideas to help elevate our visual presence and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and reinforce our brand identity across all design materials, ensuring consistency and a strong brand presence.
• Adhere strictly to shift schedules.
• Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes.
• Present and explain design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (a plus but not required)
