Junior Brand Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Brand Designer to join our brand team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating cohesive and compelling visual experiences. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the broader brand team to ensure that all visual elements align with our brand's identity and values.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Brand Visual Identity: Assist in creating and refining the brand's visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and other brand elements.
  • Design Brand Guidelines: Collaborate on the development and updating of brand guidelines, ensuring all visual standards are clearly defined and consistently applied across all channels.
  • Create Digital and Print Assets: Design a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing materials, signage, and more.
  • Brand Documentation Design: Work on the design and layout of brand documentation, ensuring it reflects the brand's visual direction and maintains consistency.
  • Support Brand Campaigns: Assist in the visual development of brand campaigns, creating compelling designs that align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Signage and Environmental Design: Contribute to the design of branded signage and other environmental graphics for events, offices, and other physical spaces.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand standards.
  • Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand.

Work experience and skills

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on branding.
    Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to translate brand concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in branding and identity

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
